R.A.W. is a practice of deep conversation, identity and life transition.

You’re not a problem to be fixed. You’re a person to be met.

Not coaching. Not therapy. A different conversation.

Vow

The emergence from dark places takes courage.
But dark doesn’t mean bad, wrong or evil.
Dark here simply means hidden.
And hidden means depth.

So what I vow is to hold a steady, solid space as you enter your own dark places — with a strength built over time, shaped by experience, and forged in places that once felt like the end.

This work stands on lived experience.
It is meant to be tangible.
And it is meant to last.

You’ll leave less alone, less burdened by what you’ve been carrying, and closer to yourself.

Sessions

R.A.W. consists of 7 sessions – designed to flow with your rhythm.

1 – The Threshold
We tap into the areas in your life that no longer work and can no longer be ignored.

2 – The Pattern
We explore the stories, habits and assumptions that brought you here.

3, 4 & 5 – Recognition
We uncover the genuine parts of you that have been hidden, forgotten or left behind.

6 – The Opening
As you start coming closer to yourself, new possibilities begin to emerge.

7 – Life with Continuity
You will leave with a clear sense of what’s comes next.

Ways to Begin

The work can begin in different ways depending on how you prefer to enter it. Some choose a single conversation to orient what is present, others continue for a few sessions to follow a theme, and some stay longer to allow patterns to unfold over time. Each option holds the same attention and care — only the length of engagement changes.
